(More customer reviews)I bought this remote to control my outdoor Christmas lights. I tested it in my house when it first arrived. It worked fine. But after installing it on my deck, it stopped working after about 10 minutes. It does not like to operate in the cold weather. When I brought it back indoors, it worked again after it warmed up. Amazon sent me a replacement for it, but that one also did not work after being exposed to the cold. I am not talking about severe cold (e.g. below zero). Both remotes stopped functioning in 28F weather. I finally bought a similar product from my local Ace hardware store, and it has worked flawlessly.
