I have a lot of different styles in my living room and the style of this lamp will match just about any decor, be it wood, antique, western american, victorian, even modern. It is a sturdy little lamp-pretty "weighty" since it is actually a wood base and not plastic. It is not flimsy like a lot of table lamps can be. I am not disappointed in the purchase at all.
