(More customer reviews)Very nice piece. You do have to assemble it and it looks like it just hangs from a hook in the ceiling. It actually hangs from a fixture that you have to install in the ceiling. Luckily my husband is a handyman and fixed it to just hang on a hook by extending the cord and chain to a plug on the wall. Looks great and has good light.(:
