(More customer reviews)... it's high tech... a conversation piece... a real space saver... it outputs exceedingly bright, useful light for my desk and adjoining area, well suited for work, reading, more... and at a mere 9 watts for bright output, it has noticeably cut my electric bill, as it replaced a high-wattage desk lamp. Price: a little steep. I suspect we're paying more for sleek design than the material. Yet, that design is a showstopper, and the functionality and convenience are superb. Four levels of light output. Gracefully glides into position with a minimum of effort on my part. Love it.
